What made our experience great was Robb’s dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process. We had initially started with the builder's lender, but after deciding to switch to Republic State Mortgage, Robb and his team stepped in and worked diligently to ensure everything stayed on track despite the potential delays that could have arisen. Robb consistently communicated with us, keeping us informed at every step, and he was always readily available to address any questions we had. Even with the tight timeline, Robb ensured we closed on time and secured a better rate than the builder’s lender offered. His attention to detail and commitment to getting things done efficiently truly made all the difference for us, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.
